A Roma con oltre 20.000 ristoranti e ben 7000 che propongono "cucina romana" puo' essere difficile decidere dove andare.
Inoltre la maggior parte delle osterie sono specializzate in piatti specifici.
Ad esempio, un’osteria potrebbe essere rinomata per la sua carbonara, mentre un’altra è famosa per i carciofi alla giudia o per la porchetta di Ariccia.
Questo significa che per sperimentare il meglio della cucina romana, un visitatore dovrebbe idealmente visitare più osterie, ciascuna esperta nel suo piatto forte.
